01
Verify the fit
Identify whether the accessory depends on a vehicle model, mounting point, port or physical dimension. Copy verified compatibility information from the current listing and ask the team about missing details. Never turn an unclear description into a universal-fit promise.
For a holder or organizer, size and attachment matter. For a powered accessory, the documented connection requirements matter. A similar-looking image from another listing does not confirm the supplied item fits.
02
Show what is included
Use photos of the exact item and make included cables, mounting parts or accessories clear. If a tool or additional part is needed and that fact is verified, explain it before the order. Do not imply professional installation is provided unless it is part of the actual offer.
A simple contents photo and close-up of the mounting mechanism can answer more questions than several decorative driving scenes.
03
Keep demonstrations safe and factual
Demonstrate an accessory while the vehicle is stationary where appropriate. Do not film distracting use while driving or claim that an item improves safety without reliable evidence. Describe the practical function you can actually show.
Avoid unsupported claims about fuel savings, engine performance or certification. If the product requires specialist guidance, direct the question to a qualified source rather than improvising instructions.
04
Qualify the order before submission
Ask only the compatibility details needed to verify the customer’s choice and keep them linked to the exact product. Confirm quantity, current availability and the agreed order details. If fit remains uncertain, resolve it rather than hoping the customer will accept the parcel.
After the campaign, review recurring compatibility questions and update your explanation with verified information. Do not assume a category label removes the need to check each item.
