01
Prepare an exact product record
Use a recognizable product name and a stable reference for the exact item. Supply factual contents, options, dimensions and usage information where documented. If two variants differ, explain the distinction rather than merging their features into one offer.
Keep supplier costs in the authorized supplier/admin workflow, not in public descriptions or affiliate campaign assets. A public launch checklist does not require exposing private commercial terms.
02
Check real availability
Count and verify the quantity available for the proposed offer. Distinguish physical stock from units already committed to other activity. An estimate used during testing is not proof that a supplier can fulfill a live campaign.
Follow the authorized stock-adjustment process if quantities change. Do not ask affiliates to continue promoting an unavailable item or promise that stock is reserved without a confirmed arrangement.
03
Provide faithful launch media
Supply photos of the real item, its contents and important details. Make required accessories or compatibility information clear. Confirm you have permission to use the media and do not provide photos of another model because they look more polished.
Write a short question list for administration: what is included, what still needs verification and what the customer should know before ordering. This reduces the need for affiliates to invent answers.
04
Wait for review and recheck before scale
Administration reviews the proposed offer and controls approved pricing and availability for affiliate selling. A submitted draft is not the same as an active approved product. Do not announce approval before the actual status reflects it.
Before a larger promotion, recheck stock and offer information with the responsible team. Keep notes about recurring customer questions and operational exceptions so later launch material becomes more accurate, not more exaggerated.
