01
Prepare a product submission
A supplier proposes the product, cost and stock quantity. Add accurate images and useful descriptions so administration can review the offer and affiliates can understand what they are promoting. Make the item and any options clear instead of relying on a vague product title.
Do not claim approval before review. Supplier products remain pending until administration approves them. An affiliate campaign should use the approved active catalog, not a supplier draft or an image shared outside the workflow.
02
Keep pricing roles clear
Supplier cost is separate from the price shown to the customer and the commission shown to the affiliate. COD Club administration sets approved selling prices and commissions. Supplier and order accounting are handled separately so partners see the information relevant to their role.
When you discuss an offer, refer to the correct value. A supplier cost is not a customer selling price, and a seller commission is not the platform’s total margin. Avoid sharing private supplier accounting in public campaign material.
03
Stock and orders must stay connected
Availability affects whether an offer can support more orders. Check the stock information in your supplier workspace and raise discrepancies through the platform workflow. When orders are cancelled or returned, stock handling follows the platform’s order process rather than an unrelated campaign spreadsheet.
Before scaling promotion, affiliates should check current availability. Suppliers should provide reliable product information and stock inputs. Neither side should promise unlimited availability based on an earlier product screenshot.
04
Fulfillment is a workflow, not a delivery guarantee
An order moves through confirmation, shipment and its final outcome. Shipping information and delivery status should be read from the recorded order. Do not assume a carrier integration, a guaranteed nationwide deadline or a particular service price unless it has been confirmed.
If you want to supply products, send a partner application with your contact information and product context. Administration reviews applicants and creates approved partner accounts. The application is the next step—not automatic account activation or instant product approval.
