01
What the affiliate should verify
Before submitting an order, confirm that the customer understands the product, quantity and approved price. Capture the name, usable phone number, city and a clear address. Ask for missing address details rather than guessing them. Never submit another person’s details without their agreement.
Review active product availability before promoting. If you notice a mistake after submission, use the support or order-follow-up channel instead of creating a second order blindly. Repeated submissions can make follow-up confusing and are not extra sales.
02
A confirmation conversation checklist
The responsible team can verify the order reference, chosen product, quantity, price and delivery address, then ask whether the customer still wants the order. A practical prompt is: “I am following up on the order you submitted. Can we verify the product and delivery details?” It should identify the business and refer only to a real customer request.
This is an editorial checklist, not an automatically sent script. Do not promise a delivery day, total shipping charge or return condition unless the team has confirmed those facts for the order. Keep customer notes factual and avoid unnecessary personal information.
03
Understand the call outcomes
COD Club’s call-center workflow records outcomes such as no answer, busy, wrong number, callback, confirmed and cancelled. No answer means a successful confirmation has not been recorded. A callback records a follow-up time; it is not a shipped parcel.
Only authorized staff perform those operational actions. As an affiliate, read the order information you are allowed to access and contact support when something needs clarification. Do not assume repeated calls or a WhatsApp response change the order state automatically.
04
Separate confirmed, shipped and delivered
A confirmed order can proceed to shipping, but confirmation alone does not earn delivery-based commission. Shipment information belongs to the recorded order and may include a courier and tracking reference. Delivery is a separate outcome, and a shipped order can still be returned.
With COD Club, the seller’s commission follows delivery and the wallet distinguishes expected, earned and withdrawable amounts. Use the commission guide for that distinction. Never report all confirmed orders as cash already available to withdraw.
05
A useful follow-up record
Keep the order reference, the issue to resolve, the latest recorded status and any information the customer has agreed to clarify. If an address is incomplete or the customer requests cancellation, pass that information through the responsible team. Do not invent a state change to make your campaign report look better.
Review patterns in your own orders: unclear product descriptions, incorrect contact details or recurring customer questions. Those observations can improve your next post without guaranteeing a lower return rate. Read the tracking guide to understand the customer-facing journey and use support for operational exceptions.
