01
Start with the correct order record
Find the order in your partner workspace and check the product, placement details and current status. Keep the order reference when asking about it. Similar customer names or repeated phone numbers do not automatically identify the same order.
Use your own workspace records. Access to orders follows account permissions, so another partner’s information should not be copied into your campaign tracking. Order details belong to the order workflow, not a public spreadsheet or social media post.
02
Understand the main status distinctions
Placed, confirmed, shipped and delivered describe different points in the journey. Cancelled and returned describe different outcomes. An in-progress order is not earned commission. When reviewing your results, group orders by the statuses shown instead of combining every state into successful sales.
A status change must follow the platform’s operations process. If the displayed information seems wrong, ask support to review it with the order reference; do not try to resolve the discrepancy by changing campaign notes as if they were the official record.
03
Share tracking carefully
Customer tracking pages use a dedicated tracking link. Share a customer’s link directly with that customer, not in a public group, advertisement or comment thread. A tracking page is for following an order; it is not a product-promotion destination.
When a courier name or tracking number is available, it adds shipment context. Its presence alone does not prove delivery. Refer to the current order status and ask the team about any mismatch between the shipment reference and the platform record.
04
Prepare a useful support request
Include the order reference, the status you see and a short description of the issue. If the customer asked for a correction, describe what needs review without publishing unnecessary personal details. A focused request is easier to investigate than several duplicate tickets.
Keep your customer update factual: say what the record shows and what you have asked the team to check. Do not claim live carrier updates, an exact delivery deadline or a completed payout unless the order or financial record supports it.
