Explain the offer before collecting an order
Customers should understand the product, approved price and what is included before they order. Do not hide important details in a later message or use an image that suggests a different item. Set expectations using the current product information rather than an invented delivery promise.
A COD form is not just a lead counter. The contact and address details are used to process an actual delivery. Ask for the information the order form requires and confirm that it is complete. Avoid collecting extra private information through public comments.

Confirmation is a separate step
After placement, the confirmation team contacts the customer about the order and address. An unanswered call is not delivery, and a confirmation does not mean the parcel has already reached the customer. Read the status in your workspace before giving an update.
If a customer wants to correct an address or cancel, pass the request through the approved support or operations flow. Do not change your campaign reporting as though the outcome were already settled. Customer requests and final order statuses are different pieces of information.

Follow shipment and delivery separately
Shipping records describe dispatch information such as the courier and tracking number where they have been entered. The delivered status represents a later outcome. A tracking reference by itself does not establish successful delivery or payment settlement.
If a status is unclear, use the order reference when contacting support. Do not promise a specific arrival time unless the team has confirmed it for that order. Carrier processes, address issues and customer availability can affect the journey.

Measure outcomes, not only order volume
Track the full journey: orders placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned. Use the statuses actually displayed for your orders. These outcomes explain why a campaign with many submissions can produce fewer delivered commissions.
COD Club commission is earned on delivery. Your campaign review should therefore pair delivered commissions with the costs you incurred, not multiply every submitted order by a product commission. Review the earnings guide for the difference between earned and withdrawable balances.
