01
Read the approved commission before selling
Administration sets the selling price and seller commission for a product. Review both in your workspace before sharing an offer. The amount depends on the product; there is no universal commission rate to assume across the catalog.
Order product names and prices are recorded at placement. A later catalog price change does not rewrite the order’s original pricing. When reviewing a past order, rely on its recorded information instead of calculating it from today’s product card.
02
Separate order totals from earnings
An order count tells you how many orders were placed, not how much you earned. Track the number that reached delivery and the commission associated with those orders. Cancellations and returns are different outcomes and must not be presented as successful sales.
For illustration only, 10 delivered orders with a commission of 40 MAD per order represent 400 MAD in commission before your own campaign costs and any applicable availability conditions. This example is arithmetic, not an advertised product commission or guaranteed result.
03
Earned balance is not always withdrawable balance
Your wallet distinguishes earnings from money available to withdraw. COD Club computes availability using its return-hold setting, so an amount can be earned without immediately being withdrawable. Review the available balance shown in your workspace instead of guessing a release date.
If an order is returned, the financial outcome can change. Do not spend expected campaign income as though all submitted orders will become delivered and settled. Build your budget around verified outcomes and the balance actually available.
04
Review a payout without assuming completion
When requesting a payout, use the method and details required by the platform and check the request status in your wallet. A request is not proof that money has reached you. Completed payout records include a payment reference; rejected requests require a reason.
If a balance or payout seems inconsistent, contact support from your workspace with the relevant order or payout reference. Do not include passwords or sensitive payment credentials. Avoid opening duplicate requests while an earlier one is still being reviewed.
